Shared Ownership doesn’t mean that you have to share your home with anyone else. It is simply an affordable way for first time buyers, or those that don’t currently own a property, to own a share of a home and Pioneer Places owns the rest.

This process allows you to take that first step onto the property ladder with the option to increase your share during your time in the property. In most cases, you can gradually increase your share to 100%, in time, owning the property outright.
