We are a partner of the Matrix Housing Partnership, that celebrated the start on site at GreenSquareAccord’s (GSA) Swan Lane development, West Bromwich.
Construction work started at Swan Lane, for the 2,000th home for by the Matrix Housing Partnership, since becoming a partner for Homes England in 2018.
Swan Lane will provide 147 affordable homes for affordable and social rent. It will meet local housing needs providing 41 two and 24 three-bedroom houses and 17 one and 65 two-bedroom apartments.
The Matrix Housing Partnership was awarded £84.5 million in 2018 to support the delivery of 2,124 social and affordable homes across the West Midlands.
In October 2021, £185 million was also secured from the Government’s Affordable Homes Programme to support a further 2,167 affordable homes, starting before April 2026.

Matrix Housing Partnership also includes GSA, Black Country Housing Group, Citizen Housing Group, Rooftop Housing Association and Trident Housing Association.
