As a landlord, we are committed to making the Castle Vale area as well-maintained and welcoming as possible, so that our residents and tenants can take even more pride in their estate!

Our painting team, alongside some of our Pioneer staff volunteers, have been working hard to deliver a much-needed revamp to the children’s park on Blenheim Way, Castle Vale.

Liam, Painting Team Leader, said: “All of the Pioneer painting team really enjoyed this project at Blenheim Park and it was fantastic to get some very positive feedback from residents in the local community.”
