New repairs Contractor for the Pioneer Group in the New Year

We are pleased to announce that L Daniels Property Maintenance Ltd have been appointed as the new repairs and maintenance services to deliver a 2 year contract for Pioneer customers from January 2018 .

This includes repairs for customers who live in our homes managed by any of our partner organisations, CVCH, SGOHT and Pioneer Places

L Daniels will take over the repairs service completely from the previous contractor Wates Living Space from 5pm Friday 5th January 2018.

The new contract is a significant undertaking for the Pioneer Group, the new contractor and you the customer, it might take a bit of time to settle down ,  we thank you for being patient during this period while we work to make this a smooth transition.
