So that we can keep improving the service and support that we provide to you, we need to make sure that the information we hold about you is up to date and correct.
To help us do this, we’d like to invite our residents to complete a short survey. It will take no longer than 10 minutes to complete.
How can I complete the survey?
You can take the survey online or by completing the paper version sent to your home address. Paper versions will need to be taken to our Head Office on the High Street or the Sanctuary.
If you are a joint tenant, please make sure you both complete and return a survey.
If you complete the survey online or drop a paper version in to one of our receptions before Friday 13th December 2024, you will be entered into a raffle to win one of five £50 Amazon Vouchers!
The prize draw will be made on Monday 16th December and you’ll be able to come and collect your voucher that same day, just in time for Christmas! If you have already completed the survey, don’t worry – you will automatically be entered.
