We are looking for Castle Vale residents and community members to join our Customer Influence Committee. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape our services and help improve operational performance.

Our committee consists of nine members, the majority of who are our customers. Working in partnership with our colleagues and our Group Board, the committee plays a key role in ensuring transparency and accountability.

What we’re looking for
We need individuals who:

• Are curious, ask great questions, and actively listen
• Contribute to healthy discussions and offer constructive feedback
• Recognise and respect the contributions of others
• Share their own views and ideas confidently
• Promote fairness, respect, and a commitment to equality and diversity
• Are willing to learn and grow, identifying opportunities for personal development

What to expect
We meet around six times per year in the early evening for approximately two hours. Additional away day events are held throughout the year, bringing together members across our structure
