Andrew is Chartered Management Accountant as well as a Chartered Surveyor (Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors). He has many years of experience in commercial finance management, cost management and project management in the infrastructure, construction, housing, facilities management and financial services sectors. He is currently an Associate Director at KPMG UK where he provides advice and strategic insights for boards and leaders of organisations as well as government departments in relation to infrastructure commercial finance, cost, procurement, assurance and governance issues. Prior to that, he held managerial positions at FTSE 100 and 250 companies including Kier group Plc, Interserve, Capita group Plc etc. He was also a Lecturer at Aston University and a Non-Executive Director at Lafford homes. He holds an MSc (Engineering) from the University of Leeds, a PhD in Cost Management Control, and an MBA from the University of Warwick.
He enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor long-distance running, reading for new competences, music and sports.
