Board Member

Hiten is Governance & Risk Director with an international technology organisation. He has also been a non-executive director for over 18 years, working at board level, providing strategic, commercial, financial and corporate direction, with strong governance, legal, compliance, IT & digital, outsourcing, services, audit & risk management. This has been across social housing, professional membership, regulated, not-for profit and third sector organisations. Hiten has served as Chair, Trustee & Governing Board Member and Chair of Audit & Risk during this time, completing full terms at the Chartered Institute of Housing and Severn Vale Housing Association.
