Ian has over nine years’ experience working in financial regulated areas across customer facing and senior back office roles with both direct and indirect customer impacts. This work covered leading large projects and programmes to deliver both required regulatory changes and customer improvement initiatives. Most recently Ian has focused on maintaining strong risk profiles; balancing costs with risk appetite and supporting climate change preparedness for retail mortgages.

Ian is an active participant in his local community football club as a coach, mentor and club welfare officer.
