Phil started his career in Housing and Property in 2002 and has worked for a range of Midlands Housing Associations and Local Authorities dealing with Development, Regeneration and Property and Asset Management. He brings a range of project management, new business, negotiation and communication skills with experience at operational and strategic levels.

At Derby Homes he led on the Osmaston Regeneration programme working closely with OSCAR (Osmaston Community Association of Residents), Derby City Council and other key stakeholders, including Rolls Royce, to deliver a community-led redevelopment of the area.

At Midland Heart he was responsible for the growth and delivery of the East Midlands Programme in a number of Local Authority areas.

Currently Phil is the Property and Assets Service Manager at Blaby District Council managing the property portfolio, providing property advice and overseeing delivery of service contracts.

Phil is a Chartered Member of the CIH and an Associate of RICS.
