How We Set Our Garage Rent

We review our garage rent levels each year with our customer-led Board, making sure they remain fair and competitive. When setting rents, we consider:

• Affordability – We aim to keep garage rents reasonable so they are accessible to more people.

• Market Rates – We look at what other providers, including Birmingham City Council, charge for garages.

• Demand – We sometimes set rents below market rates to encourage more people to rent a garage.

VAT on Garage Rent
