Through Birmingham City Council

50% of our properties are allocated to people on the Birmingham City Councils housing list. You can apply for a home through Birmingham City Council by filling in their online application form. If you qualify, you could be offered a council or a housing association home.

Market rent

Shared Living

Looking for affordable shared accommodation? We have high-quality shared homes in Stockland Green, with rent that includes all bills.

Rent to Buy

Struggling to get on the property ladder? Our Rent to Buy scheme lets you rent a new home at 20% below market rates for up to five years, giving you time to save for a deposit. After the first year, you may have the option to buy a share in your home.

Benefits of Rent to Buy:
Live in a home you could buy in the future
Pay reduced rent for five years while saving for a deposit
Potential to transition into shared ownership

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must be a first-time buyer (or returning to homeownership)

  • Household income below £80,000

  • Must be employed and pass a credit check

  • Must commit to saving for a deposit

  • Household size must match the property (no overcrowding)

How to Apply:
To get started, you’ll need to provide:
Proof of income (payslips or P60)
Proof of savings
Proof of identity & address
A reference from your current landlord (if applicable)

Once approved, we’ll guide you through the process and welcome you to your new home!
