This area, once transformed through the efforts of the Castle Vale Housing Action Trust, has a rich history of regeneration, a history we are proud to sustain and continue shaping. Castle Vale is at the heart of everything we do. Our identity and values are deeply rooted in both its legacy and future. We honour our commitment to the Housing Action Trust by continuously reinvesting in homes and communities, addressing environmental challenges, and enhancing the lives of our customers. We remain dedicated to keeping Castle Vale a thriving, connected community and supporting its ongoing story of regeneration and transformation. Through our Pledge, we continue to provide a range of non-housing services, including CCTV We are a not-for-profit housing association, managing over 2,500 homes, the majority of which are in Castle Vale. We are regulated by the Regulator of Social Housing (RSH) and committed to the Housing Ombudsman’s Code. monitoring, community safety, and estate services that keep the area clean and green. Additionally, through our Community Regeneration Team, we offer a variety of people-focused services and operate The Sanctuary community hub. Alongside this, Castle Vale Stadium remains at the heart of the Vale, serving as the home of our football, sports, and community programmes. Our 2025-2028 Corporate Plan will guide us in delivering this vision over the next three years, with regular reviews to ensure we adapt and grow alongside the needs of our customers and communities. 2
