Chair Introduction As we launch our Corporate Plan for 2025-2028, we do so with a clear focus, sustaining the regeneration of Castle Vale while working through an increasingly challenging operating environment. “This plan is not just about the next three years, it’s about laying the right foundations for the future.” By 2028, we will assess our progress and look at the next steps for our organisation.
