How Much Does It Cost?

Garage rental costs are reviewed annually. The price differs for tenants and non-tenants, as non-tenants must pay VAT on top of the rent, while tenants do not.

Am I Eligible to Apply for a Garage?

Most people aged 18 and over are eligible to apply. However, you’re not eligible if:

• You’ve had a garage repossessed due to arrears or other issues.
• You owe money to us (e.g., rent or repair charges) unless debts are fully paid.

You must also use the garage for vehicle storage and provide proof of ownership or use of a vehicle with current insurance. In rare cases, we may allow other uses, but please check with our team first. Hazardous materials are never allowed.

How Are Garages Allocated?

Garages are typically allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Priority is given to tenants who need to transfer to a new garage. We may also prioritize tenants, but anyone can apply. If you’re flexible about the garage location, you’re more likely to be offered one quickly, sometimes immediately.

What Happens After I Join the Waiting List?

We’ll contact you when a garage becomes available. You must respond to the offer—even if you’re not interested. If we don’t hear from you twice, you’ll be removed from the waiting list. If you turn down three offers, you’ll be moved to the bottom of the list.

We occasionally review our waiting lists. If we ask you to renew your application, please respond within four weeks to keep your place. If you move or change your contact details, make sure to let us know so we can update our records.
