Readers Panel
Our Readers Panel has no meeting commitments, so it’s a great way to get involved if you’re short on time.
Members of the panel help us make sure we communicate as best we can to our customers.
What Our Readers Panel Do
- Review printed materials produced by us before they’re published.
- Help us make sure our information is clear, friendly, and easy to understand.
- Check how information is worded, how it’s presented, and whether it answers the questions customers might have.
Once a document has been reviewed, and has any changes made, it’s then published as ‘tenant-tested’. Members will review information such as leaflets and policies.
