Independent Living Support
We offer free, confidential support for anyone aged 18+ living in Castle Vale who may be experiencing personal challenges.
We can provide tailored sessions and signpost to local services to help with:
Mental and physical health
Isolation and loneliness
Drug and alcohol issues
Bereavement
Debt management and budgeting
Benefits advice
We also hold regular drop-in sessions at The Sanctuary and Phoenix Court for anyone who’d like to learn more.
Dementia Café
Dementia Café takes place every Wednesdays at our scheme Phoenix Court. We warmly welcome anyone living with dementia and their families/carers.
Each session includes engaging and stimulating activities such as arts and crafts, singing, dancing, mindfulness exercises and more. The Dementia Café offers a safe space that enhances quality of life, whilst supporting carers and signposting individuals and families to local support services.
Birmingham’s Neighbourhood Network Schemes
We are part of Birmingham’s Neighbourhood Network Schemes (NNS), helping older adults and adults with disabilities to lead happy, healthy and independent lives in their homes and communities. We deliver services across Castle Vale, Erdington and Sutton Coldfield.
