What We Do for You
Our Estate Services Team and contractors work hard to keep things tidy and safe. Here’s what’s included:
Litter picking and graffiti removal
Bulk rubbish collection for our customers
Cleaning communal areas like entrances, stairways, and corridors
Landscaping around flats and gardening for older residents (service charge applies)
We also carry out regular inspections to make sure everything’s in good shape.
