What We Do for You
Our Estate Services Team and contractors work hard to keep things tidy and safe. Here’s what’s included:

- Bulk rubbish collection for our customers
- Cleaning communal areas like entrances, stairways, and corridors
- Landscaping around flats and gardening for older residents (service charge applies)
We also carry out regular inspections to make sure everything’s in good shape.
