We want your shared spaces to feel clean, safe, and welcoming. Here’s what we do to make that happen:
Cleaning
We clean communal areas every week.
Check your block’s noticeboard to see when we’ve visited and find the cleaning schedule.
Our managers carry out regular checks to make sure everything meets our standards.
Gardening
Our team keeps gardens looking great all year round:
Spring & Summer (March–October)
16 visits for grass cutting, hedge trimming, weed spraying, and litter picking.
Autumn & Winter (November–February)
4 visits for soil turning, shrub cutting, moss clearing, leaf removal, and litter picking.
We check regularly to keep things neat and tidy.
Estate Services
We also look after the wider estate:
- Fire safety checks in communal blocks
- Minor repairs and reporting bigger issues
- Removing fly-tipping and litter
- Bulk waste collection
- Keeping garage sites and alleyways clean
