You’ll share quick feedback each week on things like grounds maintenance and cleaning in your communal areas. It’s a simple survey, and your views help us spot what’s working and what isn’t.

If something’s not right, we’ll ask for a bit more detail (and photos if you have them). We’ll then pass this straight to our teams and contractors to put things right.
