The Castle Vale Strategic Partnership Group (CVSPG) brings together stakeholders from across the area who are committed to the development, wellbeing and sustainability of our community.
We are a member of this group, and work with representatives from local councillors, CommunityEnvironmental Trust, Upcycle, Spitfire Services, Spurgeons, and all Castle Vale Schools – Lift Greenwood Academy, Chivenor Primary School, Topcliffe Primary School, St Gerard’s Catholic Primary School, and Pegasus Primary School.
A key area of focus for the group is community cohesion, to make sure we can take a joint approach to addressing local priorities.
The Castle Vale Operational Partnership is for any organisation serving the community of Castle Vale. It is a chance to meet up and discuss what is happening across the estate.
We invite our partners to bring along information about their upcoming events, as well asinsights to share with other partners about the support and services they offer. The group also discusses upcoming holidays, events, and other seasonal developments, so we can host events for everyone on Castle Vale to attend, and facilitate joint events where needed.
The purpose of the group is to make sure we are connected as professionals, so we can help our residents find the right events and services for them, by promoting and signposting to each other’s work.
If you are an organisation that services people on Castle Vale, we would love for you to come along to one of our meetings. Our meetings are hosted by our resident engagement team, who you can contact at:
We are part of the BSHP, a partnership of housing associations working together to improve and influence how housing is delivered in Birmingham.
We are a member of Placeshapers, a network of 100 community-focused housing associations. Our membership means we are committed to support our Castle Vale community and make it a thriving place for everyone.
