Update on Our Re-Registration Process

We’ve temporarily paused the re-registration process for customers who were on our housing waiting list on 31 May and were invited to re-register.

Since launching the new process on 1 July, we’ve identified some areas of the application journey that aren’t working as smoothly as they should.

Rather than continue with the current process, we’ve taken the decision to temporarily pause re-registrations while we put these issues right.

We know this may be frustrating and we’re sorry for the inconvenience.

If you have already re-registered

We’re currently reviewing the applications we’ve received. In some cases, applications are missing documents or we don’t yet have all the evidence we need to assess them.

Where that’s the case, we’ll contact you directly to explain what’s needed over the next few days.

If you haven’t re-registered yet

We’re reviewing the current timetable, including the planned 31 July deadline. We’ll provide an update as soon as we’ve completed our review.

This re-registration process is only for customers who were on our housing waiting list on 31 May and were invited to re-register.

We want to reassure those that haven’t yet re-registered that they will not be disadvantaged because of this temporary pause.

We’ll make sure everyone has enough time to complete their re-registration once the process is available again.

Drop-in sessions

Our drop-in sessions will continue as planned, and we’ve added an extra session on 15 July.

Please note that at the 8 July session, you won’t be able to complete a re-registration application while the process is paused. However, we’re still happy to answer any questions and provide support if you want to talk to us.
