Francis Burrows

Francis is Executive Director of Customer and Operations at Wandle, leading the teams that deliver all the operational services for tenants across South London.

His previous role as a Director at a national housing association and Head of Care at a local West Midlands based provider have all helped shaped his experience in delivering high quality, customer focused housing and support services.
