Jane Roche

Jane was born and has lived in Castle Vale all her life, going to School at the old Castle Vale Comprehensive school.

Jane currently serves as Operations Manager at Spitfire Advice and Support Services Ltd, where she oversees the delivery of vital community support initiatives. In addition to her operational role, Jane is an active resident board member on The Pioneer Group’s Customer Insight Committee, contributing her lived experience and local knowledge to shape service improvements.

She is highly proactive and passionate about ensuring customers receive the best possible support and that their voices are heard at every level of decision-making. Jane champions customer engagement and plays a key role in strengthening the link between The Pioneer Group and the communities it serves.
