The countdown is on for this year’s Castle Vale Community Festival!
We’re proud to support the Castle Vale Community Festival, sponsored by Nationwide Windows and Doors, with our local partners. The countdown is on so mark your calendar for Saturday 22nd August 2026, from 12pm to 4pm at Farnborough Fields (next to Castle Vale Stadium).
No tickets are needed; this event is FREE to attend. Just turn up on the day and enjoy!
What to expect?
The festival will have a packed line-up of live performances, family-friendly activities, the highly anticipated Colour Run, food vendors, and a range of stalls from community groups to craft makers and local businesses.
We’ll also have freebies available for the kids!
Bring your picnic blankets and chairs, and enjoy a fantastic day out for the whole family.
Take part in the Colour Run
The Colour Run is back, and bigger and better than before! This year, the Colour Run is starting at 3pm.
Want to take part? You need to sign a waiver before the run – you can do that here. Please note, you will need to collect a wristband on the day from a member of our Youth team. Those aged under 16 need to be accompanied by an adult.

Practical and safety advice
Please note parking will be limited on the day, so if you live nearby, just walk over to the Fields to find the festival.
Food and refreshments will be available from a range of on-side food vendors.
Make sure to stay hydrated throughout the festival, and if we have hot weather, stay safe in the sun by using sunscreen and wearing hats and sunglasses.
