21/07/26

Are you passionate about great housing, thriving communities, and strong governance? We’re looking for new Board Members help shape our strategic direction.

Help Shape Our Next Chapter

It’s an exciting time to join Pioneer, as we complete our first year into our Corporate Plan 2025-2028. Through our Corporate Plan, we’ve set out our vision to be a community landlord driven by our values: Accountability, Community, and Together.

That commitment is reflected in our 2024-2025 Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs). The results show significant progress in the quality of our services, with strong improvements across the board.

Over the past year, we’ve also transformed our digital offer for residents. We launched a new website, making it easier for our residents to find the information they need, and introduced a new Housing Management System (HMS), helping us modernise and enhance the way we deliver our services.

Our Board has played a vital role in supporting this progress, providing strategic oversight and guidance every step of the way. You could be part of that journey by joining us as a Board Member.

About the Role

As a Board Member, you’ll help shape our strategic direction, providing oversight, challenge and support to ensure we deliver on our purpose and remain financially strong, well governed and focused on what matters most to our customers.
