Did you know there’s many ways you can get involved and help shape our services? One way you can get involved is by joining our Customer Influence Committee.
We’re on the lookout for engaged residents to join our committee.
What is the Customer Influence Committee?
Customer Influence Committee (known as CIC) is made up of predominantly residents. They check how well we’re doing, especially when it comes to complaints, customer satisfaction, and service standards.
They make sure our residents’ feedback is taken seriously and used to improve our services. This also includes:
- Helping review how we perform against key standards
- Making sure customers’ voices are heard at Board level
- Ensuring customers’ voices are reflected in decision-making
- Contribute to continuous service improvement
- Ensuring we remain compliant with the Housing Ombudsman
