We’ve Maintained Our G1 & V2 Ratings
We’re pleased to share that the Regulator of Social Housing has confirmed our G1/V2 ratings following its annual stability check. This is fantastic news and reflects our continued commitment to strong governance and financial resilience.
Every year, the regulator carries out a stability check to assess how well housing providers are managing governance and financial viability. These checks are separate from the full inspection we expect next year, which will include the new consumer standards.
Maintaining G1 for Governance means we continue to demonstrate an effective and robust governance structure, influenced by the voice of our customers through initiatives such as our Customer Influence Committee. Our V2 for Viability rating confirms that we remain financially sound while managing risks responsibly.
Over the past year, we’ve strengthened our position by:
